A2P Messaging Program: The following terms govern ProCFO's Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS text messaging program in compliance with the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, and applicable carrier guidelines.
ProCFO Business and Tax Services operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, tax deadline alerts, document submission confirmations, inquiry responses, and informational notices about tax law changes.
You may opt in to receive SMS text messages from ProCFO by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact forms. Opting in is completely voluntary and optional. Providing your phone number without checking the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in SMS communications. You will not receive promotional or informational text messages unless you explicitly opt in.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are assessed by your wireless carrier according to your mobile plan. ProCFO Business and Tax Services is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our text messages.
